1.The process of shell
Cutting → punching → punching long hole → pre-bending → large protective cover lettering → rolling → welding → pressing
2.Left and right head processing
Cutting plate → Deburring → Calendering → Head beveling → Head drilling → Head polishing
3.Processing of pads
Cutting Plate → Rolling → Welding → Sanding → Cutting
4.Processing of the cylinder body
Cutting plate → gas cutting bevels on both sides → rust removal at both ends → pre-bending at both ends → rolling → longitudinal seam and test plate welding → campus → non-destructive testing
5.Assembly chlorine gas cylinder
Assembling and welding of left and right heads with valve seats and plug seats → Assembly of heads and gasket plates → Assembly of heads with large and small shell and cylinder body → Circumferential weld → Non-destructive testing → Welding of large and small shell→ Heat treatment → Mechanical properties test → Weighing and measuring capacity→ Hydraulic test → Internal drying → Fitting of valves and screw plugs → Gas tightness test → De-rusting → Coating → marking brand and product information → Finished product inspection → Anti-shock ring Packaging.
6.The influence of production equipment on the quality of liquid chlorine cylinders
Two major factors affecting the quality of liquid chlorine cylinders from process flow.
1. Welding equipment
Small processing plants in the processing of welding using manual welding, semi-automatic submerged arc welding and other processing methods, if the use of ultrasonic flaw inspection of the weld, will be found at the weld with excessive slag, porosity, not welded through and other defects. These defects seriously reduce the strength of the weld and cause porosity and leakage.
In order to avoid welding process defects and improve the safety of liquid chlorine cylinders, Minsheng Group uses automatic seam welding to assemble the head with the large and small shrouds and barrels.
The welding material was selected according to the cylinder material HP345 with a brand of welding wire that matched the welding performance.
Self-inspection, bending test and non-destructive testing were then carried out to further check the quality of the weld seam
2. Heat treatment equipment
After all the welding is completed and the cylinder has passed the inspection, it must be heat-treated as a whole body.
After high strength heat treatment, the overall elimination of residual stress, with good mechanical and flexible
Cylinder production process needs to pay attention to the quality control of heat treatment and heat preparation, only when this aspect is guaranteed can the production quality of cylinders be effectively guaranteed.
Our company uses natural gas heat treatment, with high precision and performance, automatic temperature control 620 ± 20 ℃, zero error.
After heat treatment, the cylinders are tested and tested for mechanical properties, hardness and straightness.
